New year, new blog post! If my blog projected real-life, I would no longer be photographing. But that is not the case! When I met Becki to hear about her wedding day, I knew that this experience was going to be one for the books! Becki & her fianc\u00e9 Kevin are two of the nicest most down to earth people I have met! Kevin is a deputy sheriff and Becki is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I should have seen it coming when it came time for their engagement shoot! They are adventurous and definitely not cookie cutter! So when they both told me they wanted to have their engagement photos done in Tahoe, their wish was my command! My colleague Barbara with Barbara Jacqueline Cinema<\/a> joined us as she and her team will be handling the cinema for their wedding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When we (Barbara and I) arrived in Tahoe, we spend the entire afternoon scouting locations for the following day. Quite honestly, it was a stressful period as we were not coming up with what we had envisioned for the following day. We always want the best for our couples and it\u2019s always a big concern having the right location with adequate light, which we were not finding. We took a lunch break back at the hotel, did some hard research, and hit the road again with some places to check out. We were driving a long into the mountains and suddenly on the left, we hit absolute GOLD! The location we had been envisioning all along! It couldn\u2019t have gotten us more excited! \u2028<\/p>\r\n

And did we come home with some magical imagery and footage! It was such a fun weekend, and I think I speak for both of us when I say we CANNOT wait for their wedding this October! If it is half the fun & magic we had in Tahoe, it will be off-the-hook! \u2028<\/p>\r\n
